Job Title: Generative AI Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the AI/ML group, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge machine learning models with a focus on Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

This role involves designing scalable ML solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG architecture, implementing prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval mechanisms, as well as developing APIs and services to integrate AI solutions into production systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python programming, including experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and LangChain. They should also have hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.) and RAG frameworks, as well as a solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), embeddings, tokenization, and attention mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art ML solutions using LLMs and RAG architecture.
  • Implement and optimize prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval mechanisms.
  • Develop APIs and services to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Experience with LLMs and RAG frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of NLP and computer science fundamentals.
Desirable Skills:
  • Ph.D. in a relevant field.
  • Experience deploying LLMs in production environments.
  • Contributions to open-source GenAI projects or research publications.
