Program Manager Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Program Manager to oversee the execution of our EdTech programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing student, mentor, and operational processes to achieve impactful outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Running student batches end-to-end – from onboarding to successful completion.
  • Maintaining timelines, ensuring classes stay on track, and tracking key metrics (attendance, completion %, feedback, NPS, etc.).
  • Serving as the primary point of contact between students, mentors, and the team.
  • Monitoring student progress, identifying potential issues early, and implementing solutions promptly.
  • Supporting mentors to deliver high-quality sessions.
  • Improving post-sales processes to enhance the student journey.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in EdTech program management.
  • A strong track record of solving operational challenges with structured solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • High organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to drive accountability across teams.
