Position OverviewThe incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global compensation and rewards strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Implement Global Compensation Framework: Ensure alignment with business goals and competitive market practices.
- Oversight of Differentiated Rewards Programs: Create and continuously improve STIPs, LTIPs, and executive compensation.
- Develop Job Architecture Model: Consistent and equitable job classifications, structures, and career progression paths across the organization.
- Global Compensation Benchmarking: Ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent in the IT services industry.
- Compensation Surveys and Cost Models: Align compensation packages with global industry standards and company objectives.
- Benefits Administration: Consistency and competitiveness across regions while aligning with employee needs and organizational goals.
- Provide Analytical Support: Compensation planning, budgeting, forecasting, and costing models for compensation strategies.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Evaluate and recommend compensation solutions enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and performance.
- Develop Compensation-Related Reports: Actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
- Total Rewards Communication: Employees ensuring clarity, understanding, and alignment with organizational culture.
- Compliance Management: Local, national, and international compensation regulations and legislative changes.
- Team Management: Continuous development and delivery of high-quality work by Total Rewards professionals.
This role requires a strong leader with exceptional skills in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication.
