Job Summary:

RCM Operations Leadership

This leadership role oversees the revenue cycle management operations, focusing on process improvement, team management, and business performance. Key responsibilities include developing innovative strategies to enhance business delivery, establishing efficient A/R processes, managing downstream revenue cycle offices, and maintaining a portfolio that meets client and company benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to improve business delivery.
  • Establish a pilot A/R process and devise a strategy to improve collections.
  • Understand revenue cycle management and KPIs standards to optimize insurance collection.
  • Manage downstream revenue cycle offices, including Payment Posting, AR Followup/Denial Management, and Patient Billing.
  • Understand the complexities of various provider specialties.
  • Maintain a portfolio that meets client and company performance benchmarks.
Requirements:
  • 14+ years of experience in End to End RCM Process and knowledge of metrics and calculations.
  • Either currently working as Associate Director or 2+ years as Senior Manager.
  • Experience handling a team of 150+ members.
  • Leadership capabilities, including ability to organize and manage human resources.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Expertise with MS Office tools like PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
