Technical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to join our team and lead the delivery of digital banking solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, developing employees, and delivering projects on time.

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of digital banking solutions.
  • Define and implement best practices, standards, and processes for technical delivery, ensuring adherence to industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, identifying and mitigating risks and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, with a minimum of 6 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 4+ years of experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing and developing employees, with a proven track record of technical leadership and project delivery.
  • Strong technical background, with expertise in digital banking, software development, and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluent written and oral communication in English.
