AI Team Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation and delivering impactful AI solutions across various domains.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data science, and leadership. They will be able to architect, develop, and deploy ML/AI models into production-ready systems, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and stay ahead of the curve on the latest advancements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring a cross-functional team of ML engineers & data scientists
  • Architecting, developing, and deploying ML/AI models into production-ready systems
  • Collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable ML solutions

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years in ML/Data Science, with 2+ years in leadership
  • Proven expertise in multiple ML domains (CV, NLP, LLMs, regression, classification, time series, geospatial AI)
  • Strong skills in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and MLOps tools
