Key Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate and rank freelancer proposals based on relevance, past performance, and profile match.
  2. Suggest freelancers or projects based on user activity, preferences, and historical data.
  3. Improve logic for future integration of summarization, AI-generated replies, and chat moderation.
  4. Tailor dashboards, feed content, and marketing messages using machine learning.
  5. Implement similarity search using FAISS or Pinecone with OpenAI or HuggingFace models.
  6. Architect AI features as independent microservices with APIs consumable by our backend.">

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML or data science roles.
  • Proficient in Python and key ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, Transformers).
  • Hands-on experience with vector similarity, embedding models, and ranking algorithms.
  • Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.).
  • Experience deploying AI models or services in production (Docker, cloud, CI/CD).
  • Experience working with or integrating into other backends (via API).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
