AI and Machine Learning Strategic Lead

We are seeking an exceptional AI and Machine Learning Strategic Lead to spearhead our organization's artificial intelligence initiatives.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive AI strategy, aligning with business objectives and growth targets. This includes managing the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation and design to implementation and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute the overall AI strategy and roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  2. Manage the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
  3. Evaluate and ensure the responsible and ethical deployment of AI technologies in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  4. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performance team of AI engineers, data scientists, and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 20 years IT industry experience with 10+ years in AI/technology, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven experience in managing complex technology projects, including AI-driven initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency in AI technologies, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
  • Demonstrated ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
