Job Description

The AVP HR Operations role combines strategic and operational aspects of Human Resources. This position drives day-to-day operations while implementing long-term people strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including payroll coordination, HRIS, compliance, and policy implementation.
  • Design and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, and process excellence.
  • Implement HR automation initiatives to build scalable, future-ready HR systems.
  • Provide actionable insights through data-driven HR analytics & dashboards to inform leadership decisions.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive organizational development, culture transformation, and change management.
  • Oversee employee engagement, capability building, and leadership development initiatives to strengthen organizational performance.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, governance, and audit readiness across all HR processes.
Requirements:
  • At least 14 years of progressive HR experience with a strong background in HR operations and strategy.
  • A proven track record in designing and implementing HR policies, processes, and frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of HR technology, automation, and analytics.
  • Able to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputable institution is mandatory.
