Job Description:

We're building an AI-first operations stack to automate daily tasks and optimize our boys' PG units.

As a Junior Automation Developer, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

  • Develop small features weekly and demo every Friday
  • Write clean PRs with READMEs and basic tests
  • Automate boring ops with scripts/flows; measure what you ship

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automation solutions using Python or JavaScript
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver results
  • Ship high-quality code and maintain a clean repository

What You'll Work On:

  1. Tenant onboarding → dues generation → UPI/WhatsApp reminders
  2. Electricity/fines logging, complaints flow, check-in/out tracker
  3. Lightweight caretaker web app (photo uploads, quick actions)
  4. Owner dashboard: occupancy %, receivables, alerts & exports
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Avid reader (share last 2 books + 3-line takeaways)
  • Self-disciplined, reliable, async-first
  • Self-taught or computer engineering background
  • Comfortable with Git and command line
