We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Firmware Engineer to lead the design, development, and integration of embedded software and system-level features for our cutting-edge AI-powered surveillance systems.

This role involves driving platform bring-up, camera system development, wireless communication integration, and low-power optimization in collaboration with a cross-functional hardware and software team.

You will own the full embedded software stack for our smart camera system, including board bring-up, BSP development, Linux kernel driver development, and integration of Wi-Fi, Zigbee, LoRa wireless communication protocols.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and integrating Linux kernel drivers for camera, wireless, and sensors.
  • Integrating and debugging complex system issues using JTAG, logic analyzers, and embedded logging.
  • Documenting system architecture, APIs, and providing mentorship to junior team members.

Mandatory skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong proficiency in Embedded C/C++, Embedded Linux (Yocto, Buildroot).
  • Experience with Linux kernel development and device driver programming.
  • Deep understanding of Wi-Fi driver stacks and wireless MAC layers.
  • Familiarity with Edge AI models on embedded targets (ARM-based or DSPs).
  • Hands-on experience with battery-powered embedded systems and power management.
