Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to oversee the maintenance and optimization of our website, micro-sites, and landing pages. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to gather specifications and requirements, as well as refining technical needs.

The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple fast-moving marketing projects simultaneously. They will also be able to develop ideas and focus on both details and the big picture.

  • Maintain our website (using WordPress), micro-sites, and landing pages (with our custom CMS and Contentful)
  • Optimize assets for core web vitals, scalability, and validate all user inputs
  • Maintain change logs and documentations
  • Anticipate and track operational and tactical risks and offer strategic solutions
  • Work closely with the core global product marketing team to ensure all operational, promotional, technology, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed as per best practices
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
  • Co-ordinate, setup and maintain our marketing webinars; and offer live back-end support to panelists during the sessions
  • Maintain workflows by coordinating with cross-functional departments, across time zones
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Applications or relevant experience
  • 4+ years of front-end development experience
  • Good programming-skills and understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and APIs
  • Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and standards
  • Basic knowledge of SEO requirements is a plus
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Ability to develop ideas and focus on both details and the big picture
  • Flexibility working across multiple time zones
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of the marketing funnel
