Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Web Development Manager to lead and mentor a team of developers, overseeing full-cycle web development projects and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

  • Lead and manage a cross-functional team of web developers and project managers.
  • Architect and develop scalable web applications using PHP frameworks and WordPress.
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution from requirement gathering to delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in web development with a strong focus on PHP and WordPress.
  • Proven experience in leading web development teams and managing complex projects.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is highly preferred.
  • Expertise in one or more PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter).
  • In-depth knowledge of WordPress (custom themes, plugins, multisite, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
  • Hands-on experience with version control tools (Git), deployment tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
