The Fixed Income Division is comprised of Interest Rate and Currency Products, Credit Products, and Distribution.

We provide liquidity and content to clients worldwide, assessing and managing risk, trading securities, and planning and executing transactions in the constantly changing markets.

As our clients' needs become increasingly complex, we develop customized solutions.

Our Team

  • We are responsible for onboarding and managing entitlements for external clients to various third-party platforms and internal platforms/applications related to Electronic Trading.
  • We process requests for entitlements to Client proprietary and third-party vendor electronic trading platforms, maintaining existing user accounts and managing queries related to them.
  • We follow specified procedures for different platforms, applications, and products, managing multiple queues throughout the day, and ensuring delivery within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • We participate in periodic entitlement audit inquiries and reviews.
  • We produce metrics and reporting of work done by the team and maintain data integrity.
  • We use report generation tools to generate/distribute business-critical reports in response to business requests.
  • We liaise with clients' sales coverage and vendors to remediate issues related to client/product setup.
  • We take corrective measures for any trade flow issues resulting from incorrect setup and follow up with relevant IT groups to resolve technical issues.
  • We maintain documentation related to client account setup on electronic trading platforms.
