Contractual Document Specialist

The role involves detailed abstraction of contractual documents to extract key legal and operational terms. This process ensures accuracy and consistency in contract data entry, supporting the team's efforts to provide high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough extraction of contractual terms and conditions.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent data entry for contractual documents.
  • Collaborate with the team to validate extracted data.
  • Maintain electronic trade documents and folders, ensuring easy access to critical information.
  • Update Excel trackers with current and accurate trade-related data.
  • Assist with documentation for structured products and ETPs.
  • Support operations-related matters and other requests as needed.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or MBA with 1-2 years of experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Strong Excel knowledge required.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to multitask efficiently.
