Client Coordination: Maintain effective communication and coordination with clients to address their service requirements and ensure their satisfaction.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of necessary materials and services required for service activities.
- Service Engineer Coordination: Liaise with service engineers to schedule and allocate tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion of service activities.
- AMC Renewal and PO Generation: Manage the renewal of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and generate purchase orders as required.
- Service Call Report Maintenance: Maintain detailed records of service calls, including the nature of the issue, actions taken, and resolutions provided.
- Preventive Maintenance Schedule Arrangement: Arrange schedules for preventive maintenance activities to ensure the ongoing functionality of equipment and systems.
- Quotation Preparation and Approvals: Prepare quotations for service activities and obtain necessary approvals before proceeding with the work.
- Device Repairing Status Updates: Monitor and update the status of device repairs, ensuring timely completion and delivery to clients.
- Payment Recovery: Follow up with clients for payment recovery as per the terms of service agreements.
- Payment Maintenance of Operation Site Tea: Maintain records of payments received from operation site teams and ensure accurate documentation.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
