Senior Corporate Governance Specialist

The company seeks a seasoned professional to lead its legal and compliance functions.
The ideal candidate will have at least 20 years of experience in corporate law, governance, and compliance, with a strong background in listed companies and regulatory frameworks.
- Key responsibilities include overseeing high-value initial public offerings for large organizations in the manufacturing industry.
- Developing and implementing effective corporate governance practices.
- Managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients.
- Providing comprehensive equity raising advisory services.
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, industry experts, and co-investors.
- Supervising and coordinating IPO preparations, including due diligence, DRHP finalisation, and litigation management.
- Assisting companies prepare for access to the capital market, including corporate governance, board composition, and organisation structure.
- Advising and vetting agreements/documents related to the appointment of market intermediaries and other parties.
The successful candidate will be an expert in corporate law, governance, and compliance, with a strong track record of delivering results in complex and dynamic environments.
Requirements:

- Strong background in listed companies and regulatory frameworks.
