Job Description
  • Attend leads from all venues, take down briefings, and make first calls to clients.
  • Confirm first briefings and plan meetings with clients.
  • Explain company profiles, portfolios, and understand client requirements.
  • Discuss in-house themes and current trends with clients.
  • Ideate and research as per client requirements.
  • Develop customized presentations for clients.
  • Makes quotations for clients in coordination with quotation makers and department heads.
  • Stay updated with current market trends and research them in detail.
  • Finalize budgets and themes, and other client requirements.
  • Follow up with clients after quotation submissions and ensure closure.
  • Search for artists, if required, and provide quotations for the same.
  • Delegate projects to project heads and maintain clear communication with clients.
  • Maintain relationships with clients.
  • Involved in event planning and maintaining target costs for the same.
  • Continuous follow-up on event execution as per client visions.
