Drive Growth and Innovation as a Merchandiser Events Lead

About the Role:

You will have the opportunity to drive growth and innovation in our fast-paced Home & Kitchen Central Marketing team.

This position requires exceptional ownership, bias for action, and customer obsession. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Monthly Tier 1 Events: Focus on merchandising and driving traffic initiatives during key events like Home Shopping Spree.
  • Owning End-to-End Marketing Assets: Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to gather timely inputs and ensure seamless execution of events and promotions.
  • Support Social Media Execution: Drive social media engagement and merchandising efforts for key events and promotions.
  • Analyze Performance Metrics: Conduct deep dives on event performance and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies.
  • Communicate Results: Provide written updates on event performance to stakeholders.
About the Team:

The Home & Kitchen Central Marketing team drives marketing initiatives across multiple categories in a dynamic environment that presents exceptional growth opportunities to the right candidates.

You will work closely with the Events, NTA, and Social Media teams to scale and execute charters that drive business results.
