About the Opportunity:

We seek a results-oriented individual to shape customer awareness, drive conversion, and execute site merchandising strategies across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of on-site merchandising, campaigns, and promotional events for e-commerce business
  • Development and execution of site merchandising calendar, including gateway campaigns, new product launches, program-led sales, and category-wide events
  • Analysis of customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase funnels to optimize traffic and conversion
  • Design and refresh storefronts based on customer demand and purchase patterns, from wireframe development to execution
  • Coordination with design teams to create engaging, conversion-driven marketing assets
  • Development, testing, and analysis of new merchandising strategies to improve engagement, documentation of results, and sharing of best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in Site Merchandising / E-commerce Marketing (Amazon experience preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Excel, with ability to learn SQL, XML, and in-house merchandising tools
  • Experience in data analysis to optimize site performance and customer engagement
