Associate Site Merchandiser – Amazon (E-commerce)

Are you customer-obsessed, analytical, and execution-focused, with a passion for e-commerce site merchandising? We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Site Merchandiser to enhance the customer experience and sales performance on Amazon. You will be responsible for planning and executing site merchandising strategies, campaign management, and content optimization, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping journey.

Own on-site merchandising, campaigns, and promotional events for the e-commerce business.

Develop and execute the site merchandising calendar, including Gate Way campaigns, new product launches, program-led sales, and category-wide events.

Coordinate with design teams to create engaging, conversion-driven marketing assets.

Develop, test, and analyze new merchandising strategies to improve engagement, document results, and share best practices.

1+ years of experience in Site Merchandising / E-commerce Marketing (Amazon experience preferred).

~ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

~ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

~ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

~ Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to learn SQL, XML, and in-house merchandising tools.

~ Experience in data analysis to optimize site performance and customer engagement.
