Maintenance Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the upkeep and maintenance of our production facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on SMT machines, including placement machine, screen printer, reflow oven, and wave soldering equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in machines using circuit diagrams and technical knowledge.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to prevent equipment failures and reduce overall maintenance costs.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance professionals, engineers, and departments to effectively address issues and share knowledge.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, as well as excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
  • 4 years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in PCBA manufacturing.
  • Solid understanding of technical aspects of SMT machines, ICT machines, and other equipment relevant to PCBA manufacturing process.
  • PLC programming knowledge and experience in planning maintenance operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex issues and devise effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively with other engineers, technicians, and stakeholders.
