Store Operations Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure receipt and documentation of raw materials, packaging supplies, and goods.
  • Verify accuracy of SAP entries for environmental parameters and weighing balances
  • Maintain inventory levels by reconciling stock, verifying rack locations, and updating records in SAP
  • Promote efficient material dispatch to designated destinations
  • Manage returns, retesting, and disposal of rejected or expired items
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operational performance
  • Evaluate compliance with cGMP regulatory standards
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization in the store area
  • Deliver training as scheduled and update SOPs as necessary
  • Document receipt and inspection of delivered materials according to established procedures
  • Maintain system functionality according to SOP
  • Eliminate obsolete, rejected, and outdated materials in a timely manner
  • Conduct monthly GMP self-inspection within the department and address any major findings during internal or external audits
  • Review discrepancies between SOPs and policies, implement audit recommendations
