Job Title: Process Supervisor

The role of a Process Supervisor is to oversee and direct the daily activities of the compression area, ensuring compliance with cGMP regulations. This includes supervising cleaning and compression operations, conducting in-process checks during manufacturing activities, and maintaining accurate records.


Key Responsibilities:
  • To plan and coordinate daily compression activities according to established norms and procedures.
  • To supervise and direct workers in the compression area, ensuring adherence to SOPs and cGMP requirements.
  • To conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • To maintain accurate records and documentation, including batch records and quality control reports.
  • To coordinate with raw material procurement and stores to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of cGMP regulations and quality control principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in SAP software.
