Job Overview

This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance within our operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory requirements, ensuring products meet established benchmarks.
  • Authorizing equipment clearance, including inspection and approval of all manufacturing and packing processes.
  • Verifying environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and pressure levels to ensure optimal operating ranges.
  • Regularly verifying weighing balance accuracy with standard weights.
  • Conducting filled volume and weight method checks and leak tests according to SOP.
  • Sampling bulk and finished products for each batch at completion, adhering to SOP guidelines.
  • Documenting reviews, including reviewing Batch Manufacturing Records for online entries throughout the process.
  • Reviewing sequential logs of machines, environmental condition records, and area cleaning logs.
  • Issuing batches for further processing and reviewing Batch Manufacturing Records for accuracy, completeness, and affixing release status labels.
Packaging Responsibilities
  • Granting line clearance, including inspections and approvals of all packing procedures.
  • Inspecting and approving overprinting details on printed packaging materials like blisters, cartons, labels, etc.
  • Confirming the correctness of primary and secondary packaging materials of products being packed according to CMOF and MMD-II.
  • Conducting periodic checks of overprinting details, units per pack, empty pocket absence, and more.
  • Performing spot-checks on inspected bottles SOP.
  • Coordinating with packing supervisors regarding packing-related issues.
