Vendor Management and Quality Assurance Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Vendor Management and Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure that vendors comply with our procedures and GMP requirements. This includes sourcing quality materials and products, maintaining cGMP compliance, and conducting self-inspection activities to evaluate and identify gaps in the quality assurance system.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform vendor management activities, including ensuring compliance with company procedures and GMP requirements.
  • Conduct self-inspection activities to evaluate and identify gaps in the quality assurance system, assist in the evaluation of vendor documents, and maintain current status.
  • Prepare vendor grading reports based on rejection of supply from vendors, provide required documents to cross-functional teams, and assist in the transfer of RM/PM stock in SAP.
  • Submit vendor samples to QC, maintain log of Sample Register, intimate RM/PM rejection to purchase department for CAPA, and maintain tracking sheet.
  • Create and update Raw Material & Packing Material vendors in SAP, perform vendor audits for qualification as per requirement of RM/PM, and maintain quality agreements with manufacturers and contract manufacturing parties.
  • Prepare and review Site Master File and Quality Manual, prepare and review excipients risk assessments, initiate Change Control, Deviation, and CAPA as required.
  • Co-ordinate Self-inspection activity, prepare auditors list, prepare audit report, and review compliance report.
