Ecommerce Operations and Category Management Executive

We are seeking a seasoned E-commerce Operations and Category Management Professional to fill the role of Website Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing on-site visibility, devising and executing promotional strategies, monitoring and improving key performance indicators (KPIs), collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing campaign creatives and landing pages.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Enhance on-site visibility across homepage, category pages & curations
- Devises and executes promotional strategies (discounts, coupons, cart rules) to boost conversions
- Monitors and improves KPIs – conversion, bounce rate, funnel efficiency, traffic split
- Collaborates with CRM, Design, Marketing & Cataloguing teams for timely execution
- Manages readiness of campaign creatives, banners & landing pages
- Benchmark performance vs competition and deliver actionable insights to leadership
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- 3–6 years in e-commerce operations / category management
- Strong analytical mindset & data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Desirable:
- Prior experience in private label management / fashion e-commerce
- Background in funnel optimization & CX improvement
