We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Senior VMware & Wintel Administrator.

This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions using VMware virtualization platforms and Windows Server environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, and NSX, as well as a deep understanding of Active Directory, GPOs, DNS/DHCP, and Windows Server roles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing highly available, secure, and scalable virtualized infrastructure solutions.
  • Maintaining and optimizing existing infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement new technologies.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 8–10 years of experience in VMware and Windows Server administration.
  • Strong knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, PowerCLI) for automation and reporting.
  • Experience with backup and recovery tools (e.g., Veeam, Commvault).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

Preferred certifications include:

  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DCV)
  • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
  • ITIL Foundation or Intermediate
