Job Description
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other channels.
  • Take full ownership of client accounts, focusing on return on ad spend (ROAS), growth, and retention.
  • Communicate directly with clients, ensuring timely reports, insights, and strategic guidance.
  • Collaborate with our creative and Shopify teams to align campaigns with client goals.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (ROAS, click-through rate (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV)).
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (Meta, Google required; Snapchat is a bonus).
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills - you can explain data and strategy clearly.
  • Proven track record of delivering ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably.
  • A high-ownership mindset - you take initiative and ensure results.
  • Ability to guide clients strategically, not just execute ads.
  • Respect for deadlines, processes, and others' time.
