Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead our transition projects. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects within agreed timelines.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong track record of successfully delivering large-scale migration projects. They will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and JIRA.

A PMP certification is highly desirable, but not essential. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across global delivery centers.

  • Project Management Experience:
  • 16+ years of IT project management experience, with a focus on varied functions majorly non F&A functions (with some application and infrastructure) delivery and migration.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing mid/large scale migration projects.
  • Required Skills:
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP certification (preferable)

  • Deliver trainings to internal managers on Org's Transition methodology and approach.
  • Constantly strive to evolve and improve company's Transition approach.
