As a key contributor to our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our innovative media-tech company.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Growth/Operations Intern. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth, optimize operations, and contribute to the development of scalable systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain data-driven dashboards and reports using Google Sheets and other Google Workspace tools to inform strategic decisions.
  • Apply artificial intelligence tools to streamline workflows and enhance output quality across growth initiatives.
  • Design, document, and optimize operational processes; identify bottlenecks, propose standard operating procedures (SOPs), and implement repeatable systems.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations, align team tasks with clear timelines, and ensure deliverables are met with documented SOPs and checklists.
  • Standardize and optimize processes through root-cause analysis, metrics reviews, and continuous improvement experiments.
  • Maintain operational hygiene: organize documentation, enforce quality controls, and uphold compliance across workflows.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical and analytical skills to assess, maintain, and understand complex processes.
  • Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering; preferably from an IIT, NIT, or IIIT.
  • Knowledge of film/video production and AI tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and interaction with team members.
  • Growth hacking expertise to identify and implement innovative growth strategies.
  • Proficiency in project management to manage and execute projects effectively.
  • Interest or experience in the media-tech industry is a plus.
