Drive Digital Excellence

A seasoned leader is sought to spearhead digital transformation initiatives, driving strategic growth and success. This role will be based in Chennai and focus on developing a comprehensive strategy for our Global Business Services (GBS) division.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a strategic roadmap for GBS digitalization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Leading projects that leverage emerging technologies to streamline processes, improve data analytics, and drive automation initiatives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital solutions and oversee their deployment.
  • Analyzing business operations, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing innovative digital solutions to enhance performance and service delivery.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or consulting, preferably within a GBS environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Digital Transformation Certification
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification
  • AI and Machine Learning Certification (good to have)
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
