About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, communicate solutions, and ensure successful delivery of services.
  • Translate business needs into functional outcomes through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and deliverables.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings, product walkthroughs, and feedback sessions.
  • Maintain documentation and track project progress using standard tools and practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in roles such as Business Analyst, UI, Web Developer, Junior Consultant.
  • Professionals from product-based companies will be preferred.
  • Candidates looking to shift from hands-on technical coding to client-facing or consulting roles.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Energetic professionals who are confident, curious, and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for client interaction
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to evolving business requirements
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies or project collaboration tools is a plus
