Exit Interview Specialist
About the Role:The Exit Interview Specialist is responsible for overseeing the exit process of employees, conducting structured interviews, gathering feedback, and providing insights to enhance retention and workplace culture.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage a centralized mailbox and digital storage for incoming requests and update relevant tools with employee responses.
- Conduct exit interviews with departing employees, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring objective, unbiased discussions.
- Collaborate with ethics and compliance teams on ethics-related concerns.
- Prepare and publish regular reports of all transactions processed.
- Familiarize oneself with service-level agreement concepts and adhere to them.
The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the exit interview call-handling process, excellent communication and listening skills, and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with stakeholders.
Requirements:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with SLA concepts and adherence to them.
- Basic knowledge of digital tools and platforms.
The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations.
This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence. The candidate must be able to build trust with departing employees and maintain open communication channels throughout the exit process.
