Position Overview

We seek a skilled Business Continuity Manager to perform Management Information, PMO, and Admin role. This individual will work closely with business teams in India and US, requiring support during India and US hours (5:00 pm to 01:00 am IST).

  • Manage data administration of India Business Continuity plans in Archer/Riskonnect.
  • Collaborate with support functions to update headcount and phone numbers in Emergency Notification System.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to monitor global workforce concentration and reach out to employees for geographic location.
  • Support Enterprise Business Resilience Program with data governance and scheduled reports.
  • Contribute to the Business Resilience Office by partnering with business functions to develop and maintain Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plans.
  • Collaborate with multiple business functions and contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives.
  • Provide support to Plan Owners and Business Continuity Manager at time of event.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain effectiveness under pressure and aggressive time constraints.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for facilitation, documentation, and reporting.
  • Must be available for 'on-call' duties in support of incidents or events outside business hours.
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Riskonnect, Everbridge is advantageous.
Experience
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in managing Business Continuity Planning or Program Management Office or internal reporting team.
  • BCP certification is desirable.
