Account Growth Manager

Our organization seeks an accomplished Client Retention Specialist to foster long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic plans to reduce churn and increase renewal rates. They will guide new customers through onboarding, equipping them to maximize value from our Talent Suite.
Key responsibilities include tracking client usage patterns, identifying opportunities for growth, and collecting feedback to improve product offerings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for swift resolution.
Additional responsibilities may include:
Developing strategies to expand accounts through additional services or packages.
- Identifying and capitalizing on cross-selling and upselling opportunities to drive account growth.
We are seeking a dedicated professional who possesses exceptional communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a problem-solving attitude. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer success, account management, or client retention, preferably in HR Tech, SaaS, or recruitment services.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi; strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret customer data to identify risks and opportunities.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, data tracking, and reporting.
