About the Role:
The successful applicant will be responsible for assessing home loan applications based on established credit policy and guidelines. This includes verifying income, conducting credit checks, reviewing property valuations, and performing responsible lending assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and decide on home loan/mortgage applications.
- Verify income and conduct credit checks.
- Liaise with brokers and lenders for clarifications or documentation gaps.
