Job Description:

As a skilled Solar Power Plant Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar power plants. This involves conducting site surveys and feasibility assessments to ensure timely execution of projects while maintaining quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with a diploma from a recognized institution and 3-5 years of experience executing solar projects. You will be hands-on with installation, wiring, and commissioning of solar plants, as well as possess knowledge of electrical safety standards and solar plant maintenance.

In this role, you will be required to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications, troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during the execution phase, and work closely with project managers, technicians, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments for solar plant installations
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar power plants
  • Ensure proper electrical wiring, panel connections, and safety compliance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during the execution phase
  • Work closely with project managers, technicians, and other stakeholders
