We are seeking a seasoned Retention Marketing Expert to spearhead our customer loyalty strategy and drive sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive retention roadmaps across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push Notifications
  • Design customer journeys that foster repeat purchases, shorten reorder cycles, and build habits that make supplements an integral part of pet parents' daily routines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate retention strategies with overall marketing initiatives
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in retention marketing for D2C e-commerce
  • Proven track record of scaling Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push Notification channels
  • Platform expertise in Klaviyo, QuickReply, and equivalents
  • Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to craft high-converting campaigns
  • Solid understanding of LTV, cash flow, churn reduction, and customer loyalty models
  • Proficiency with ChatGPT and automation workflows
