Senior Data Scientist Job Description

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in leveraging Machine Learning and Generative AI to drive business growth. Your expertise will help us develop intelligent systems that power real-world innovation.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in statistics, probability, and core ML algorithms. Proficiency in Python and frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch is essential. Additionally, hands-on experience with transformer architectures and Large Language Models (LLMs) will be highly valued.

We are looking for a skilled data scientist who can convert theoretical research into production-ready solutions. The ability to mentor junior data scientists and interns will also be an asset.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of experience in Data Science/Machine Learning roles.
  • Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and core ML algorithms (Regression, Decision Trees, Gradient Descent, SVMs, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
  • Hands-on experience with transformer architectures and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Your Role
  1. Lead end-to-end ML projects—from research and experimentation to production deployment.
  2. Explore and implement state-of-the-art research in ML and Generative AI.
  3. Build and optimize deep learning and machine learning models for complex business challenges.
  4. Collaborate across teams to turn insights into scalable products.
