Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors performance management expert to join our team. As a senior consultant, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors PMGM to enhance clients' performance management processes and align employee goals with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement tailored SAP SuccessFactors PMGM solutions for clients.
  • Conduct assessments of current performance management processes and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance metrics and goal-setting frameworks.
  • Provide training and support to users, ensuring effective adoption of the SAP PMGM.
  • Maintain project documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, and user guides.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and updates related to SAP SuccessFactors.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in PMGM.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, performance management frameworks, and goal-setting strategies.
  • Proficiency in configuring SuccessFactors modules and functionality.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
