SAP HCM SuccessFactors EC Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) consultant to support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of SuccessFactors EC solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementation projects or support.
  • Conducting requirement-gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Configuring Employee Central including Business Rules, Workflows, Foundation Objects, Associations, and Events.
  • Integrating EC with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
  • Handling data migration, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Providing training and documentation to end-users and client stakeholders.
  • Supporting post-go-live activities including issue resolution and change requests.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring EC modules and possess strong knowledge of HR business processes.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors EC.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of EC modules such as Position Management, Job Info, Personal Info, and Global Benefits.
  • Familiarity with Integration Center, OData API, and Middleware tools.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and data structures.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience with other SF modules is a plus.
  • Exposure to SAP Payroll and Time Management.
  • Working knowledge of SAP HCM is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.

Certifications include:

  • SAP SuccessFactors EC Certification.
