Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through paid media strategies across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is analytically sharp and creatively driven, with experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Own the paid media budget and make strategic decisions to maximize ROI and customer growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages to drive performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling, on-brand campaign assets.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a fast-growing or digital-first environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into strategy.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of key marketing metrics and attribution models.
