Job Title: Marketing StrategistWe are seeking a skilled marketing strategist to manage and scale advertising campaigns for B2B lead generation and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in digital marketing, hands-on experience with Ads, and a proven track record of generating qualified leads and delivering measurable ROI.Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning, launching, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns for B2B lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Developing and implementing audience targeting strategies tailored to the US market segments.
  • Collaborating with content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives and messaging.
  • Monitoring campaign performance daily and providing actionable insights based on analytics.
  • Running A/B tests to continuously improve ad performance, CTR, and conversion rates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance marketing.
  • At least 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Ads (Lead Gen Forms, Sponsored Content, InMail, etc.).
  • Proven experience working with US-based clients; understanding of the US market and customer behavior is a must.
  • Proficiency with Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics, attribution models, and dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivation, results orientation, and the ability to work independently.
