About This Role

This senior leadership position is responsible for driving the company's strategy and operations within the power electronics sector.

The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of progressive experience in R&D/plant operations within the power electronics domain, with a strong knowledge of power semiconductor devices, embedded systems, control algorithms, and hardware design.

  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement the overall vision and strategy for power electronics products and operations.

You will oversee the entire product development process from concept to release, ensuring alignment with market needs and technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Lifecycle Management:
  • Oversee the entire product development process from concept to release.
  • Operational Management:
  • Manage daily operations, including project planning, resource allocation, and budget approval.

You will lead, mentor, and develop teams, providing feedback and training to enhance skills and performance.

The company plans to build several prototypes for different applications and develop design and specifications for third-party manufacturers.

You will develop vendors and assure process and product quality.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse interests and agendas.
