Job Duties

As an API Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting strong partnerships and long-lasting relationships with our customers in the India domestic market. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Pharmaceutical products (APIs) sales and business development in India
  2. Analyzing market opportunities, new customer mappings, pricing, and devising promotional strategies
  3. Independent sales target completion
  4. Optimizing commercial performance of existing in-market products
  5. Conducting customer meets periodically to enhance the image of the company and implementing sales promotion plans
  6. Developing and executing business development plans based on business objectives
  7. Managing a team to achieve business goals
  8. Providing diplomatic and literate communication, diverse cultural thinking, and good English writing and speaking skills
  9. Learner, investigator, and scrupulous to details
  10. Salary: $1500USD/M to $3500USD/M, plus Annual performance Bonus

Job Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  1. More than 10 to 15 years of experience in the sales of API
  2. Familiarity with the India pharmaceutical market, with a business size of $4 million/year or above
  3. Experience in managing a team
  4. Diplomatic and literate communication, diverse cultural thinking
  5. Good English writing and speaking skills
  6. Learner, investigator, and scrupulous to details
