Operational Excellence Specialist

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading shift operations as Shift In-Charge.
- Drive Plant Efficiency and Stability: Implement initiatives to improve plant performance and efficiency.
- Manage Daily Production Metrics: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of production metrics.
- Plan and Execute Shutdown Activities: Develop and execute shutdown plans to minimize downtime and ensure smooth resumption of operations.
- Troubleshoot Operational Issues: Identify and resolve operational issues that impact plant performance, ensuring smooth functioning of equipment and processes.
Required Skills:
- Cement Plant Operations: Hands-on experience in operating cement plant equipment, including Kiln, Coal Mill, Raw Mill, and Cement Mill.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of process control systems, equipment, and technical knowledge.
- Shutdown Planning and Troubleshooting: Expertise in planning and executing shutdown activities, as well as troubleshooting site-specific issues.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Plant Uptime: Achieve high levels of plant uptime to maximize production and revenue.
- Production Yield: Ensure optimal production yield by implementing process improvements and minimizing waste.
- Quality Control: Maintain high-quality products by implementing effective quality control measures.
