The Role:

  • Lead the development of our interactive platform's user interface, collaborating with backend and UX teams.
  • Transform wireframes and designs into polished, production-ready interfaces.
  • Define and enforce UI best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
  • Build high-quality React components using Zustand and TailwindCSS.
  • Mentor junior developers and guide the overall front-end craft.
  • Explore and implement micro front-end architectures, including POCs for embedding low-code apps (e.g., Bubble) into React.
  • Integrate APIs and WebSockets to enable real-time agent interactions and gamified UI elements.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions with a focus on scalability and performance.
