Job Title: MEP Manager – Semiconductor Project

About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) professional with a strong background in large-scale industrial and high-tech projects to lead and oversee the design coordination, execution, quality control, safety compliance and timely delivery of all MEP systems for a semiconductor manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead all MEP activities including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, utilities, and process piping for the semiconductor project.
  • Coordinate with design consultants, contractors and equipment vendors to ensure alignment with project specifications, cleanroom standards and client requirements.
  • Oversee installation, testing and commissioning of critical systems including power distribution, HVAC, ultrapure water treatment, process gases and other semiconductor-specific utilities.
  • Ensure compliance with international codes/standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, SEMI standards etc.) and local regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, manage schedules and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Implement and enforce quality control and safety protocols specific to semiconductor facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and coordination issues across multiple disciplines.
About You:

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP works, with at least 5 years in semiconductor/high-tech/cleanroom projects.
  • Proven expertise in HVAC systems for cleanrooms, ultrapure water systems, process gases and high-voltage electrical distribution.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills with ability to handle multi-disciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with BIM, AutoCAD and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
