Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that showcases creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work across a range of mediums.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design visually captivating graphics and implement innovative ideas across various digital and print platforms.
  • Translate client needs and branding strategies into design concepts.
  • Select appropriate colors, fonts, images, layouts, logos, and other design elements to communicate creative concepts effectively.
  • Conceptualize and design branding materials, such as brochures, flyers, illustrations, layouts, infographics, presentations, proposals, and social media content.
  • Ensure designs meet client brand guidelines, quality expectations, and deadlines.

Familiarity with the latest design trends is essential. The successful candidate will be able to advocate these trends to team members and customers while providing unique and innovative design solutions.

Effective communication skills are necessary to understand design briefs, share ideas, and mentor junior team members on best design practices.

Prioritize deadlines and manage multiple creative projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery and meet project goals.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Candidate must have a strong creative agency background with a notable portfolio that showcases creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work across a range of mediums.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
